The exhibition “When Form Speaks: Japanese Architects in the Post-Bubble Era (1995-2020)” organized by ADAN (Architectural Design Association of Japan)
ADAN (Architectural Design Association of Japan) held an exhibition titled “When Form Speaks: Japanese Architects in the Post-Bubble Era (1995-2020)” at the Maison de la culture du Paris in France and the 3rd floor of the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art Gallery Building in Kobe, where Bolton was introduced.
This exhibition, curated by Taro Igarashi, presents projects by 35 architects born after 1960 who are leading the Japanese architectural scene and whose “forms” speak powerfully. The exhibition will also include the “Azir Flottin,” which was renovated by Le Corbusier in 1929 and miraculously emerged last year, and for which the Architectural Institute of Japan is involved in its preservation.
The exhibition will be held on the 3rd floor of the Gallery Building of the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art until December 21.
Dates: December 2 (Thu) – December 21 (Tue), closed on Mondays
Venue: The Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art, Gallery Building, 3rd Floor
